There are only a handful of black loan officers where I work… It kills me to hear “them” try to describe them to other people. Here’s what I just heard….
Receptionist: Who is John Doe? (name changed to protect the “innocent) lol

It’s hilarious & frustrating to watch white people describe every random detail about someone just to avoid saying the black lady. “The lady with the heart shaped birthmark on her upper shoulder.” The whole time I’m sitting there like o_0 Who are you talking about??
